Lego Ninjago Storm Fighter Description
Jay’s Storm Fighter set includes his cool blue and black fighter plane, measuring over 12 inches long, the Ninjago Jay ZX mini figure, the small shrine which houses the Fangpyre staff and the Snappa snake mini figure with is snake sword.
In Tommy’s opinion the Ninja’s 2012 vehicles aren’t as cool as the enemy vehicle Lego sets like the incredible Fangpyre Wrecking Ball or the Rattlecopter. Having said that kids have always loved a good jetfighter toy and no doubt prefer to play as the good guy rather than the baddies. Jay is the blue ninja of lightning and assault fighters don’t come much quicker than this. Jay is on a mission to retrieve the Fangpyre staff which contains an important anti venom serum. At the mountain top snake staff shrine he will have to overcome Snappa before he can take back the staff and that won’t be easy.
Lego 9442 Jay’s Storm Fighter Set
This Ninjago assault fighter has some nice Lego storm fighter pieces including some great lightning decals on the side and rear. The small gold pieces at the front and on the wings are a nice hint at the fun to come, because the main feature of this Lego fighter is its unique golden blade attack. Push the engine piece forward and out pop four golden sword blades, transforming this Ninjago storm fighter into an assault vehicle to be reckoned with.
