Fisher-Price Sing-A-Ma-Jigs
The Sing-A-Ma-Jigs craze swept through preschools everywhere last year when Mattel/ Fisher-price introduced us to these loveable zany characters, designed to speak “jibber-jabber”, sing their own song, sing different musical notes and to cleverly harmonize with each other.
Sing-A-Ma-Jigs for Valentines or Halloween
There were initially twelve different colored Sing-A-Ma-Jigs, but this quickly expanded to include other colors, special holiday themed ones (such as Halloween Pumpkin, 4th of July and Valentine’s Day Sweetheart) and there are also Disney franchised Mickey and Minnie Mouse versions.
Now Mattel have brought out the Duets version that feature a large size original Sing-A-Ma-Jig holding their smaller pet or baby companions: press on their tummies and the duo will harmonize together singing their special song! Or you can also press on the palm of the large Sing-A-Ma-Jig to hear single notes. They’re really quite adorable, and when they sing they open their mouths to show their ridiculously silly teeth and tongues – it’s that good kind of silliness that kids (and adults) just love!
Where to Buy Sing-A-Ma-Jigs
There are four pairs of brightly colored, super cuddly Sing-A-Ma-Jigs Duets: currently most widely available are the Green with Puppy and the Purple with Baby, but you can also get the Royal Blue with Kitten and the Red with Puppy. Each pair has a unique song, for example, the Green with Puppy sing “Bingo” and the Purple with Baby sing “Hello! Ma Baby”!
